Overview

With the completion of Step 2, you have gained a true experience of meditation. You have learned to train your mind and to place attention on an object of focus. You have learned to calm the mind,  how to gain control of the thoughts and access a deep sense of quiet within.  This is invaluable preparation for examining the mind itself. 

By Step 3, your mind is stable enough to take an objective look at itself.  Now we delve into Vispassana meditation, a path that is more abstract and intellectual. This practice requires a more sophisticated and vigerous method of learning.

This is the opportunity to change deep-seeded patterns that interfere with your ability to live happily. Through this last step you’ll learn to enjoy the benefits of living consciously. You’ll break free from familiar, self-sabotaging habits and find freedom to explore new possibilities…

Program Features

  • 30-minute instructor-guided sessions practiced daily for 90 days
  • Each session begins with guidance and is practiced in silence
  • Specific meditations to replace negative thoughts with positive alternatives
  • Post meditation exercises to:
    • develop equanimity
