Overview
With the completion of Step 1 you have now become acquainted with your own mind. You have learned how to sit and breathe. You have established a consistent daily practice for 21 days.
You are now on the path. You’re ready to learn how to use your mind in a more concentrated and controlled way.
Step 2 in the Mindfulness Meditation Program will help you direct your mind from being distracted to being focused, from being fragmented to being centred. You will begin to experience the beneficial results of calmed emotions, reduced blood pressure and decreased stress.

- 20-minute instructor guided sessions for 40 days
- Each session begins with guidance and is then practiced in silence
- Meditations uncover heart centered qualities such as happiness, love and compassion
