Step 1: Breaking Ground

Overview

Being aware and observant of what’s happening in your mind is the first step to genuine inner transformation. The single biggest obstacle for beginners and experienced meditators  lies in creating and maintaining the consistent habit of detached observation. To facilitate this state we begin with an achievable goal of 11 minutes a day of instruction and practice for a period of 21 days.
