How It Works

The Mindfulness Meditation Program is a comprehensive plan for experienced and inexperienced meditators consisting of three steps. Its purpose is to convert the sporadic or “would be” meditator into a committed, “can’t wait to meditate”, daily practitioner.

3 Steps to Inner Transformation

The Mindfulness Meditation Program is a sequential learning system that assures you achieve maximum benefit from your mediation practice by learning the right tools and methods at the right time and in the right way. The program is specifically designed to break down the obstacles to consistency that so often trip up experienced and non-experienced meditators. That’s why we firmly suggest every member take all three steps.

The Program delivers the 3 steps in relaxing, easy to follow sessions in mp3 format. You have the option of experiencing the sessions in community at a set time everyday – we meditate at 7:30 a.m PST everyday – or individually on your own time.

As a student of the Mindfulness Meditation Program you are supported by the entire community of Meditation Village.You have an instructor who meditates daily with you and for you at a specific time. You are given daily meditations and exercises. You have a place to ask questions, share your experience, meet graduates and find ongoing education and inspiration.
