The number one problem that would be meditators run into is perceived lack of time. Meditation coaches are able to help clients carve time into their daily life by assisting them in prioritizing and developing a personal and meaningful resolution regarding the importance of making a positive change.
Though the mindfulness meditation program can stand on its own, it is very helpful to have personal contact to discuss the meditation sessions – what the client notices, some of the difficulties and some of the revelations. Often the client will observe an obstacle during their mediation and come up with a solution to resolve it. This solution can be correct but often, it is incorrect. When the solution is incorrect, the benefits of meditation can be lost. Mediation coaches can easily correct mis-calculated remedies and keep the client moving forward in the most beneficial way.

Mindfulness coaches have had a personal meditation practice for a minimum of 5 years and have completed the Mindfulness Mediation Program in person with personal guidance and feedback from our program leader. Each coach is able to provide experiential knowledge to our clients to help them develop and maintain their meditation practice both during and after the mediation session. Yeshey Palmo
Lead Meditation Coach and Trainer
Yeshey co-created the 61 days to mindfulness meditation program. based on fifteen years experience as a counselor including mental heath, online telephone counseling, group support, teaching new counselors, program development and management and 18 years of extensive study and practice of yoga and meditation. She has spent thousands of hours practicing meditation and yoga and hundreds of hours in retreat and is on the faculty of the Langara College Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program.
Yeshey has studied and practiced traditional forms of yoga and Buddhist philosophy and meditation while living in Asia for 8 years, has traveled extensively worldwide with Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo, subject of acclaimed novel, Cave in the Snow: Tenzin Palmo’s quest for Enlightenment, on her international dharma teaching tours, is a certified yoga professional, has been teaching yoga and meditation for 10 years, and holds a Social Sciences degree from the University of Winnipeg, Canada.

The result is a spiritually based, highly effective method that enables her to help her clients create mindful personal lives and successful professional careers.

Simone is a certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher. She has been practicing for fifteen years and teaching for the last ten. Simone’s worked with senior and executive levels of management in organization, marketing and administration for international and local organizations. She holds a KRI Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (2000), Social Sciences degree from Simon Fraser University and a Marketing Management Certificate from BCIT.
