Drawing from long experience in Tibetan Buddhism and Yoga, YeShey has been studying and practicing meditation as a means achieving lasting inner stability for 18 years. In this quest, she has spent thousands of hours practicing meditation and hundreds of hours in retreat.

YeShey is dedicated to spiritual lineages that include some of Asia’s preeminent masters of yoga and meditation – The Karmapa’s of Tibet and Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh and has studied with and learned from His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Reginald Ray, Ayanag Rinpoche and Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo.

Yeshey is the Executive Director of YogaBC,   travels extensively worldwide with Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo on her international dharma teaching tours, is a certified yoga professional and Yoga Acharya (advanced senior teacher) and holds a Social Sciences degree from the University of Winnipeg, Canada . She currently resides in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Simone combines her unique skills as a professional yoga and meditation instructor with the technological and organizational expertise she acquired during a fifteen-year business career.  The result is a spiritually based, highly effective method that enables her to help her clients create mindful personal lives and successful professional careers.

Meditation is the basis for building a serene, productive foundation during this process of development. In connection with a dedicated meditation practice, other tactical elements include the creation (or reorganization) of personalized administrative and technical systems to maximize the efficiencies of one’s personal time and effort. The process utilizes Microsoft Office to its fullest extent while also helping to identify a structure that will allow for more free time and enhanced creativity.

A customized yoga practice may also serve to amplify the overall benefits of the mindfulness program.

Simone is a certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher.  She has been practicing for fifteen years and teaching for the last ten.  Simone’s worked with senior and executive levels of management in organization, marketing and administration for international and local organizations.  She holds a Social Sciences degree from Simon Fraser University and a Marketing Management Certificate from BCIT.
