   Thank you so much for sending the reminder email. I am starting tomorrow! They say meditation helps you develop discipline and obviously I need it!
   I think that a.m. will work best for me so I'll commit to that for the moment.

   Welcome to the forum. We look forward to your input!

   One of the things that I think is really important to involve with any practice is joy. If we do things with joy, they will take on a simplicity and natural ease on their own. When we add a degree of guilt or failure or any type of negative emotion, the practice takes on the same negativity.

   For many of us it takes a long time to get started and even longer to develop a regular practice. Diligence is key but patience and kindness with ourselves cannot be underestimated.

   I'm actually pretty excited about getting back into meditation. I think it's very helpful to have an auditory guide.
