Dear Michele,
I often do my second practice of the day between 7 and 8 pm PST>
I also think that Collette and Heathercaterpillar were playing around with evening times.

None the less, you and I can hold the space and invite anyone else to join!

Let me know how its going. I love the end of the day to meditate, it feels like my mind is cooling down and makes for a nice sleep.

If you meditate right before you go to bed, it is a fantastic practice to keep the awareness on the breath once you are in bed and try to notice the last breath before you sleep and the first one as you wake.

In Dharma,
YeShey

Does anyone meditate before bedtime? My am's start early and not being a great morning person I barely have enough time to actually get to work. I usually aim for 10:30pm or so Eastern Std time if anyone else does this I would like to join in....I can be flexible on my evening times after 9pm EST.

Thanks!
Michele

"I can't meditate at the same time every day." We hear this often, and not to worry. Meditating at the same time everyday creates consistency and ease (your mind starts to move into a meditative space more easily). We meditate at 7:30 am but use this thread to find someone to meditate with or post the times you meditate so your fellow villagers can meditate 'with' you.
